Brianna Frazier is an associate in Shulman Hodges & Bastian’s Orange County office.  She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and focuses her practice on business, commercial and labor and employment litigation matters. 


Ms. Frazier graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2010.  Ms. Frazier earned her law degree in 2013 from Georgetown University Law Center, where she received the CALI Award for Best Exam in Professional Responsibility and served as a research assistant at the Supreme Court Institute.


Ms. Frazier is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California.  She is also a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. 


Ms. Frazier is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley.
