Brianna Frazier is an associate in Shulman Hodges & Bastian's Orange County office. She is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and focuses her practice on business, commercial and bankruptcy litigation matters including areas such as corporate director and officer liability, insurance coverage, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, employment, unfair competition, fraudulent and preferential transfers, breach of contract, and business torts.

Ms. Frazier graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2010. Ms. Frazier earned her law degree in 2013 from Georgetown University Law Center where she received the CALI Award for Best Exam in Professional Responsibility and served as a research assistant at the Supreme Court Institute.

Ms. Frazier is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California. She is also a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
